Community Warehouse is your local, nonprofit furniture bank serving the greater Portland area. The Warehouse collects and redistributes donated furniture and household goods to neighbors in need.
MISSION…is to help vulnerable populations improve the quality of their lives and become self-sufficient by providing them with basic household furnishings.
Donate: Goods; Make a one-time gift or become a HomeMaker by with Annual monthly donations.
Not limited to Spring or Fall or any season, it’s always the season to give.
Spring Needs – Set the bedroom: focus collection efforts on linens, lamps, dressers, alarm clocks.
- Twin, full and queen mattresses only. Mattresses need to be clean and reusable, not spots, rips, tears or stains please.
Fall Needs– Set the table: dishware, silverware, pots & pans

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
- Warehouse Ambassadors: Help us receive, sort, and shelve home goods and help ensure families get the items they need to set up their homes. Shifts: Monday- Friday 9:45-12:40
- Estate Store Ambassadors: Help us sort, price, display and sell donated items in our stores that raise funds to help fulfill our mission. Shifts: 7 Days per Week 10am- 1pm and/or 1pm- 4pm
- Outreach Ambassadors: Help with special events, outreach fairs, neighborhood clean-ups, and spreading the word! Shifts: Week and Weekend Varying Days/Times
