Annual Shop With A Cop was another successful event. RHBA partners with Washington County Sheriff’s Foundation every December.

Providing 15 students (K-5) from Raleigh Park Elementary School. Giving the students the opportunity to partner with Washington County Deputies for shopping trip helping make their families’ holiday a little brighter.

Contact RHBA for more info: info@RaleighHillsBusinessAssn.org

This is our biggest social action project of the year. For more than ten years, RHBA has supported a cooperative project with Beaverton School District and Washington County Sheriff’s Office. This project creates a holiday experience for 15 Raleigh Park Elementary School families. RHBA matches donations made by RHBA members and friends up to $750 for a collective amount of $1,500. The donations help purchase gifts for all members of  the 15 families. Other members donate by providing lunch for the kids with the deputies, craft items to make during lunch, gift wrapping, and shopping for the selected students. It is a great big project with many moving parts that offers lots of opportunity to participate.

We have members who were Shop with a Cop recipients when they kids and speak about how much the program meant to them and their families.
